Periodical service

I am thinking of switching periodical services. How satisfied are those of you who currently use Ebsco Subscription Service? I have used Demco for years and been satisfied with their customer support but Ebsco is giving me a lower bid.

Thanks for any suggestions!

I switched from EBSCO this year to a different service, because I found EBSCO customer service to be lacking and I found three bids from other companies cheaper.  I am curious to see how this goes for you.   I have noticed that quite a few companies are offering substantially lower bids for the first year then the second year the big discount is not available.

Periodicals

I have used Ebsco for years and have been satisfied with delivery and price.  I usually go out and compare prices every other year and haven't been able to beat Ebsco overall price.  I haven't had too many issues so I really haven't used the customer service.
