Carl A. Harvey II - Monday Luncheon

About the Keynote Speaker:

Carl A. Harvey II is an Assistant Professor of School Librarianship at Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia.  The author of six professional books and 60+ journal articles, Carl is a past president of the American Association of School Librarians, the Indiana Library Federation, and the Association for Indiana Media Educators.  Carl served on the Randolph Caldecott Award Committee in 2014, and his school library program at North Elementary School (Noblesville, IN) was the recipient of the AASL National School Library Media Program of the Year Award in 2007.  He is also co-editor for the ABC-CLIO journal, School Library Connection.


 

 

Jennifer Casa-Todd - Tuesday Brunch

About the Keynote Speaker: 

Jennifer Casa-Todd is a wife, mom, and Teacher-Librarian at Cardinal Carter CHS in Aurora, a former Literacy Consultant for the York Catholic District School Board, and the author of the book, Social LEADia. She also is a grad student, and a food-loving, book-loving Ukulele player-want-to-be. She loves to hang out with her family--playing cards or hiking, and enjoys curling, golfing, reading, and writing. She is passionate about showing teachers and students how they can use technology and social media to make the world a better place.
